About the position
As a Machine Learning Engineer at SnowCrash Labs, you will build the core intelligence behind our security platform. Your work will power the algorithms that automatically discover vulnerabilities in AI systems, the models that detect adversarial behavior in real time, and the analysis tools that translate technical findings into actionable risk assessments for enterprise customers.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the mathematical models that drive our adversarial testing engine, using techniques from optimization theory to efficiently discover AI vulnerabilities.
- Build and maintain the machine learning pipeline for our real-time monitoring system, which processes millions of AI interactions per second.
- Train and deploy classification models that detect adversarial patterns, anomalous behavior, and safety violations in AI agent outputs.
- Work with the research team to implement new detection techniques, including methods for analyzing the internal representations of AI models.
- Improve model performance, reduce latency, and ensure our systems scale reliably across enterprise deployments.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where your code runs in production within days, not months. We value practical engineering judgment as much as theoretical knowledge.
