About the position
As an MLOps Engineer at SnowCrash Labs, you will ensure that our machine learning models make it from research to production smoothly and stay performant once deployed. You will build the pipelines, monitoring systems, and automation that keep our adversarial testing engine and real-time detection models running at peak performance across dozens of enterprise deployments.
Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines for machine learning models, from training through production deployment.
- Develop monitoring systems that track model performance, detect drift, and trigger retraining when detection accuracy degrades.
- Create reproducible training and evaluation environments that ensure our adversarial testing results are consistent and verifiable.
- Manage the model registry and versioning system that tracks which models are deployed to which customer environments.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency across our cloud and on-premise deployments without compromising performance.
This role is critical for maintaining the trust our enterprise customers place in our platform. When our models detect a threat, customers need absolute confidence in that detection. Your work ensures that confidence is well-founded.
