About the position
As an AI Technical Writer at SnowCrash Labs, you will make our complex technology accessible to the people who need to understand it. Whether it is a security engineer integrating our platform, a compliance officer preparing an audit, or a CTO evaluating AI security solutions, your writing will be how they learn what SnowCrash does and how to use it effectively.
Job responsibilities
- Write and maintain comprehensive product documentation including setup guides, API references, integration tutorials, and best practice guides.
- Create educational content that explains AI security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
- Work with the research team to translate technical findings into published content that establishes SnowCrash Labs as a thought leader in AI security.
- Develop internal documentation standards and style guides that ensure consistency across all customer-facing content.
- Gather feedback from customers and support teams to identify documentation gaps and continuously improve the quality and completeness of our content library.
